PEST EQUALIZER CONTROL AND SANITATION SERVICES (PECSS) incorporated in 2015, is a Pest Control Operator, Exterminator, and Fumigator. Our mother company Superior Maintenance Services Inc. (SMSI) was founded in 1965 by a group of business entrepreneurs headed by Ms. Mila Del Sol, a former movie queen of the ’40s & ’50s, and her eldest son Jesus “Sonny” R. Tambunting. Disinfectant misting is a type of cleaning that uses millions of tiny droplets of disinfectant to completely cover an area and kill all germs, bacteria, virus, and pathogens.

TERMITE CONTROL

The majority of termites are underground creatures that live in mud-like tubes they construct deep beneath the ground.

These "mud tubes" (created through their feces) are used by underground termites to travel in search of food. Expert treatments must be applied around any of the foundations of the termites' structures in order to effectively remove these termites.

Any termite control service may involve drilling in areas where termite populations need to be entirely eliminated, such as underneath concrete slabs. We shall kill termite on site and with proper maintenance these termites shall be controlled, thus giving our clients peace of mind.

SOIL TREATMENT

(Pre-Post Construction)

A pre-construction anti-termite treatment is carried out before the building is finished. This anti-termite treatment uses chemicals to treat the soil, building pillars, and other joints to ward off termites.

Applying an anti-termite treatment before construction is the most efficient way to prevent termite attacks in homes or structures. To treat the soil beneath the foundation, chemicals are applied. The soil and the cement of the foundation are separated by a chemical barrier to prevent termites from entering the building.

How much does Pest Equalizer cost?

The cost of pest management with Pest Equalizer will vary depending on several factors, including the pests in your area and the size of your property, among others. We provide initial inspections for a fixed fee of Php800.00, deducted from the treatment contract. We will come out and devise a plan to offer you the most effective pest control available.

How long do you have to stay out of your house after pest control?

The recommended re-entry time for general pest control spraying or misting is four hours. People and pets must vacate the house during treatment.

How do you know if you have termites?

Termites are not easy to spot. There are some tell-tale indicators, such as mud tunnels, mud tracks, although termites are quite good at covering their tracks. If you suspect you have termites, you should schedule a termite inspection with one of our Pest Control Service Technicians as soon as possible.

How long does pest control treatment last?

General pest control treatment for flies, ants, cockroaches, and mosquitoes comes in a variety of forms. Some treatments are only beneficial on the day they are performed, while others might last up to 90 days, depending on the type of property and treatment used.
